Our Mission

Our mission is to help build unity among the diverse members of the Body of Christ and our Florida communities through education and a shared passion for music and the arts. We strive to empower and encourage individuals and families residing in underserved communities. Our goal is to provide services and programming that address service gaps, fostering community empowerment.

About Us

1000 Voices of Florida, INC. was formed by dedicated board and ministry team members with a collective commitment spanning decades. Our focus includes education, the arts, supporting working families with basic necessities, and promoting positive youth development in our communities. We are a not-for-profit corporation fostering bridges between diverse Faith Community members through education, fellowship, and support for core needs.

Our inaugural community project was a benefit concert in 2015. Since then, our reach has grown significantly. As of 08/10/2022, over 700 individuals from Miami, FL to England have joined as participants in our organization.

Our Impact

Since 2014, we have created and delivered programming to address service gaps in the community. Our initiatives include:
Food and clothing drives
Sing-along visits to residential facilities
Participation in city, county, and veteran events throughout North Central Florida
Friends of Tacachale activities
Volunteer services
Concerts supporting charitable organizations
Free, year-round cultural arts programming in underserved locations

Program locations are intentionally situated within walking distance to maximize accessibility for participants in need.

In this capacity, we have served over 3,000 individuals. Our membership includes over 700 individuals, with 450 located in North Central Florida. Nearly one third of our members are current or retired educators, daycare center workers and directors, physicians, nurses, artists, pastors, and community leaders—all volunteering their time and expertise since our founding.

Our ongoing programming and events continue to serve individuals and families, promoting unity and empowerment throughout Florida and beyond.

You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water. I have seen you in the sanctuary and behold your power and your glory. Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you.
